10.13.1. Fuel distributor

Removal

Arrangement of elements of fuel system on the 6-cylinder engine (the 4-cylinder is similar)
A–accelerator cable;
B–sensor of a stream of air;
C–fuel distributor;
D–regulator of pressure of fuel;
E–regulator of turns of idling;
F–valve of start of the cold engine;

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove pressure in fuel system.
2. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
3. Remove the air filter (see fig. An arrangement of elements of fuel system on the 6-cylinder engine).
4. Holding fuel nozzles a wrench from a provorachivaniye, unscrew fuel farewell from fuel nozzles, then unscrew толпивопроводы from the fuel distributor (see fig. Elements of the distributor of fuel and the sensor of a stream of air on the 4-cylinder engine, the Arrangement of screws of fastening of the sensor of a stream of air to the fuel distributor on the 6-cylinder engine).
5. On the distributor of fuel unscrew fastening топливопроводов, the valve of start of the cold engine, a regulator of pressure and submitting топливопровода.
6. Disconnect the multicontact electric socket on a plait of wires of an electrohydraulic regulator of the pressure located sideways of the distributor of fuel.
7. Unscrew three screws of fastening of the distributor of fuel and, being careful and turning it in the parties, remove it from the sensor of a stream of air. Remove a sealing ring.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. At installation of the distributor of fuel use a new sealing ring.
2. Start the engine and check on absence of leaks round removed components. Check and, if necessary, adjust turns of idling and the contents WITH in exhaust gases.
