12.10. Mechanism of adjustment of the moment of injection, asterisk of the fuel pump

GENERAL INFORMATION

Prevention

For fixing of a shaft of the fuel pump use of the special tool is necessary. At использова scientific research institute of the tool made independently, it is possible to damage details of the fuel pump of a high pressure.


Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. Remove clips and take soundproofing panel from a reverse side of a motor compartment.
3. Remove the mechanism of a tension of an auxiliary driving belt.
4. Remove the fan of a radiator and a casing.
5. Remove the vacuum pump from a cover of a head of the block of cylinders. Remove laying from the vacuum pump.
6. For a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a cranked shaft turn a cranked shaft of the engine in the direction of working rotation so that the piston of the first cylinder was established in situation 15 ° after the top dead point. Installation make, combining the corresponding label on a quencher of krutilny fluctuations with the index (see fig. Installation of the piston of the first cylinder in situation 15 °).
7. At existence, unscrew the case located before an asterisk of the fuel pump (see fig. Case of an asterisk of the fuel pump). On later models the case is fixed by a lock pin. For extraction of a lock pin screw in in it bolt М6 and, using an inertial hammer with an adapter, take a lock pin.
8. Uncover heads of the block of cylinders.
9. Remove the mechanism of a tension of a driving chain.
10. Unscrew and remove a bolt and laying of fastening of an asterisk of a driving chain of a camshaft.
11. Using a soft wire, connect among themselves an asterisk of a camshaft and a driving chain.
12. Remove an asterisk together with a driving chain from a camshaft end face.
13. Unscrew the case from the forward party of an asterisk of the fuel pump.
14. Unscrew the central bolt of fastening of an asterisk of the fuel pump.
Prevention

The central bolt of fastening of an asterisk of the fuel pump has the left carving.


15. Using paint, note the provision of an asterisk of the fuel pump of rather driving chain.
16. Remove a driving chain from teeths of an asterisk of the fuel pump. For this purpose use a leaf from a thick tin in the size 140 x 70 of mm and bend it in a circle that diameter of a circle was equal to diameter of an asterisk of the fuel pump. Put independently made tool to an asterisk of the fuel pump, then expand it so that the driving chain acted in film from teeths of an asterisk of the fuel pump, and fix the tool in this situation (see fig. Use of independently made tool for removal of a driving chain from teeths of an asterisk of the fuel pump).
17. After removal of a driving asterisk from teeths of the fuel pump, using captures, take the mechanism of adjustment of the moment of injection together with an asterisk from a cover of a driving chain.
18. Unscrew a stopper closing an adjusting opening on a lateral surface of the fuel pump of a high pressure.
19. Using special captures, turn a shaft of the fuel pump in the direction of labor movement while through an adjusting opening will not see the regulator case. Tighten a shaft of the fuel pump before ledge combination on the regulator case with the center of an adjusting opening. Using the special tool, through an adjusting opening fix the regulator case from a provorachivaniye (see fig. Use of the special tool for fixing of the case of a regulator from a provorachivaniye).
Prevention

At a provorachivaniye of a shaft of the fuel pump of a high pressure be careful not to damage a surface of a shaft of the fuel pump.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal taking into account the next moments (see fig. Asterisk of the fuel pump and mechanism of adjustment of the moment of injection).
2. Before installation of an asterisk and the mechanism of adjustment of the moment of injection of fuel on a shaft of the fuel pump check that the piston of the first cylinder is established in situation 15 ° after the top dead point.
3. At installation of an asterisk of the fuel pump combine the labels put on an asterisk and a driving chain.
4. Fix a cranked shaft of the engine from a provorachivaniye and tighten a bolt of fastening of an asterisk of the fuel pump the demanded moment.
Prevention

The bolt of fastening of an asterisk of the fuel pump has the left carving.


5. Remove the special tool fixing the case of the distributor, from the fuel pump and close an adjusting opening a stopper.
6. Establish an asterisk on a camshaft. Turn a cranked shaft of the engine on one complete revolution and check that adjusting labels of distributive and cranked shaft are combined with indexes.
7. At installation of the vacuum pump use new consolidations.
8. Check and, if necessary, adjust the moment of injection of fuel.
