12.13. Electronic control system of turns of idling (ELR)

SENSOR OF TURNS OF THE CRANKED SHAFT

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. Disconnect the electric socket of the sensor of a cranked shaft which is located in a motor compartment behind the accumulator.
3. The sensor of a cranked shaft is established on an interfaced surface between the block of cylinders and a coupling case over a starter. Unscrew a bolt and remove the sensor of a cranked shaft from a coupling case. Remove laying.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

THE SENSOR OF TEMPERATURE OF COOLING LIQUID

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Merge a part of cooling liquid from cooling system. Check that ignition is switched off.
2. The sensor of temperature of cooling liquid is located in the left top part of a head of the block of cylinders.
3. Disconnect the electric socket from the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid.
4. Unscrew the sensor and remove a sealing ring.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Add cooling liquid in cooling system.

ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNIT

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. The electronic ELR control unit is established in a back part of a motor compartment.
2. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
3. Disconnect the multicontact electric socket from the control unit.
4. Unscrew screws and remove the electronic control unit from a partition of a motor compartment.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

ELECTROMAGNETIC EXECUTIVE MECHANISM

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. The electromagnetic executive ELR mechanism is screwed by bolts on a back part of the fuel pump of a high pressure. On cars with electronic control by turns of idling of ELR and system of an anti-detonation of ARA the electromagnetic executive ELR mechanism is the top block from two blocks located in a back part of the fuel pump.
2. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
3. On models without a turbo-supercharging remove the air filter.
4. Disconnect the electric socket from the electromagnetic executive mechanism.
5. Unscrew two bolts and remove the case of the electromagnetic executive mechanism from a back part of the fuel pump.
6. Remove a sealing ring, laying and an intermediate plate.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
