Removal

Engines without a turbo-supercharging

Inlet collector of the engine without a turbo-supercharging

A–hose of ventilation of a case;

B–bolts of fastening of a collector;

C–laying;

D–inlet collector


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. Remove the air filter.
3. Remove a hose of ventilation of a case from the top part of a branch pipe with branches (see fig. An inlet collector of the engine without a turbo-supercharging).
4. Unscrew bolts of fastening of an inlet collector and remove an inlet collector from a head of the block of cylinders together with laying.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. Disconnect a vacuum hose from an inlet collector (see fig. An inlet collector of the engine with a turbo-supercharging).
3. Disconnect the electric socket from the overload sensor.
4. Unscrew screws and remove the airpro-waters, located over a cover of a head of the block of cylinders. Unscrew bolts and remove a pipe of supply of air from an inlet collector. Remove laying.
5. Unscrew bolts and remove an inlet collector from a head of the block of cylinders. Remove laying.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Tighten bolts of fastening of an inlet collector the demanded moment.
