Roller axis (4-and 5-cylinder diesel engines)

With the transferring lever in a starting position the axis of a roller should be combined with a groove in the lever (4-and 5-cylinder diesel engines).

Roller axis (the 6-cylinder engine)

In a starting position the axis of a roller should be combined with the transferring lever from the end of a groove of the lever (the six-cylinder engine).

Control lever of the fuel pump of a high pressure

By full pressing of a pedal of an accelerator the control lever of the fuel pump of a high pressure should rest against the limiter of a maximum load.


Adjustment (4-and 5-cylinder diesel engines)

For adjustment unscrew a nut (And) and move on a groove of the transferring lever (In) on 4-and 5-cylinder diesel engines.


Adjustment (6-cylinder diesel engines)

For adjustment unscrew a nut (And) and move on a groove of the transferring lever (In) on 6-cylinder diesel engines.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check that the cable of an accelerator has no perekruchivaniye and excesses. Press against the stop an accelerator pedal. Thus it should move softly and smoothly, without jammings.
2. With an accelerator pedal in a starting position, check that the plate on the end of a cable of an accelerator only concerns a spring (see fig. Fastening of a cable of an accelerator on 4 - and 5-cylinder diesel engines, Fastening of a cable of an accelerator on 6-cylinder diesel engines).
3. Otherwise remove the bottom panel of furnish from the driver and open condensing ring in a partition of a motor compartment through which passes an accelerator cable (see fig. Arrangement of an adjusting nut of a cable of an accelerator). Rotate the adjusting nut located on a partition of a motor compartment until a plate on the end of a cable of an accelerator will not concern a spring.
4. In a starting position the axis of a roller should be combined with the transferring lever from the end of the persistent lever. If necessary adjust length of draft (see fig. (4-and 5-cylinder diesel engines), a roller Axis (the 6-cylinder engine), the Arrangement of the connecting draft, which length it is possible to regulate a roller axis).
5. Press against the stop an accelerator pedal. Check that the control lever of the fuel pump of a high pressure concerns the limiter of a maximum load. In this situation check, that the axis of turn of the transferring lever was at distance of 1 mm from the end of the persistent lever (see fig. Control lever of the fuel pump of a high pressure).
6. Otherwise weaken a nut of fastening of a tip of connecting draft and move draft on a groove to such situation to receive the correct course, and tighten a fastening nut (see fig. Adjustment (4-and 5-cylinder diesel engines), Adjustment (six-cylinder diesel engines)).
7. On cars with an automatic transmission adjust work of a cable of management as pressure.
8. Press an accelerator pedal against the stop and check that the control lever rests the fuel pump of a high pressure against the limiter of a maximum load. Otherwise make adjustment, rotating an adjusting nut on an arm of a cable of an accelerator (see fig. Fastening of a cable of an accelerator on 4-both 5-cylinder diesel engines and Fastening of a cable of an accelerator on 6-cylinder diesel engines).
