Removal

Removal of a protective cover from the ignition coil

Detachment of the central high-voltage wire from the ignition coil

Safety lock arrangement in the top part of the coil of ignition

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. Remove from the ignition coil a protective cover and disconnect from the ignition coil the central high-voltage wire (see fig. Removal of a protective cover from the ignition coil, the Detachment of the central high-voltage wire from the ignition coil).
3. Unscrew nuts and disconnect positive and negative wires from plugs of primary winding of the coil of ignition. Before removal of wires mark them.
4. Unscrew screws of fastening and remove the ignition coil together with an arm from an internal wing.
5. Check the provision of a safety lock on the top part of the coil of ignition (see fig. A safety lock arrangement in the top part of the coil of ignition). If liquid in the coil of ignition overheated because of an overload or internal short circuit, the safety lock will be squeezed out. In this case replace the coil of ignition and eliminate the reason which has caused failure of the coil of ignition.

Installation
