GENERAL INFORMATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a krylchatka of the fan of a radiator and a casing.
2. Weaken a bolt of fastening of the mechanism of a tension on 1/2 turns (see fig. An arrangement of a bolt of fastening of the mechanism of a tension (1) and nuts of a regulator (2) on 6-cylinder SOHC engines).
3. Rotating counter-clockwise a regulator nut, unscrew a regulator so that to release an auxiliary driving belt. Remove an auxiliary driving belt from pulleys.
4. Establish a new auxiliary driving belt on pulleys, since a single pulley and further in the sequence presented in drawings the Arrangement of an auxiliary driving belt on the 6-cylinder SOHC engine without the air fuel pump, the Arrangement of an auxiliary driving belt on 6-cylinder SOHC engines with the air fuel pump.
5. Adjust a tension of an auxiliary driving belt as follows.

Models with a large-scale ruler on a regulator

Regulators of a tension of an auxiliary driving belt of the 6-cylinder SOHC engine
And – a regulator with a large-scale ruler;

In – a regulator with the triangular index


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Move the index of the mechanism of a tension before combination with the right end of a large-scale ruler if to look from a forward part of a motor compartment (see fig. Regulators of a tension of an auxiliary driving belt of the 6-cylinder SOHC engine).
2. On models without system кондициониро vaniye of air turn a regulator nut clockwise while the index of the mechanism of a tension will not be combined with the fifth label on a large-scale ruler.
3. On models with system кондициониро vaniye of air turn a regulator nut clockwise while the index of the mechanism of a tension will not be combined with the seventh label on a large-scale ruler.
4. To Uzatyanita a bolt of fastening of the mechanism of a tension the demanded moment.
5. Establish a krylchatka of the fan and a casing.

Models with the unique thick label in the tension mechanism

The mechanism of adjustment of a tension of an auxiliary driving belt on the 6-cylinder SOHC engine
And – at combination of the index of the mechanism of a tension (1) from the right end of an arrow on a large-scale ruler sagging of an auxiliary driving belt is cleaned; In – at combination of the index of the mechanism of a tension (2) with the thick line on a large-scale ruler the demanded tension of a gear belt is made.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Move the index of the mechanism of a tension so that the tip of the index was combined from the right narrowest end of a triangle.
2. Turn a regulator nut clockwise before combination of a tip of the index of the mechanism of a tension with the thick line (see fig. The mechanism of adjustment of a tension of an auxiliary driving belt on the 6-cylinder SOHC engine).
3. Tighten a bolt of fastening of the mechanism of a tension the demanded moment.
4. Establish a krylchatka of the fan of a radiator and a casing.
