GENERAL INFORMATION

Adjustment should be made on the engine, heated-up to normal working temperature. Adjustment should be finished before the temperature of the engine will reach 100 ° S.Na later models turns of idling cope with the help of electronics, and adjustment without the special test equipment is impossible.

At carrying out adjustment the air filter should be on a place with the connected vacuum hoses and a hose of ventilation of a case.

Access to the screw of adjustment of turns of idling
Access to the screw of adjustment of turns of idling is possible through dredging from a reverse side of a casing of the air filter.

Contents adjustment WITH in exhaust gases

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish the analyzer of exhaust gases in an exhaust pipe.
2. Start the engine in a mode of turns of idling. On cars with an automatic transmission establish the lever of a choice of transfers to the situation PARK. Switch off everything electric consumers.
3. The screw of adjustment of turns of idling is available through dredging from a reverse side of a casing of the air filter (see fig. Access to the screw of adjustment of turns of idling).
4. Rotating the adjusting screw, establish demanded turns of idling.
5. Switch off the engine.
6. For contents adjustment WITH in exhaust gases remove a casing of the air filter and, using the lever, remove a cap then establish assembly of the air filter into place.
7. Start the engine and for 10 seconds increase engine turns to 2000 rpm. Then establish idling turns.
8. Check the contents WITH in exhaust gases. Contents adjustment WITH is made by rotation of the adjusting screw of quality of a mix (see fig. Contents adjustment WITH in exhaust gases).
9. In end remove all instrumentations and establish a new cap on the screw of adjustment of quality of a fuel mix.
