22.5.1. Models with a mobile support with one piston

GENERAL INFORMATION

Prevention

At installation it is necessary to use new directing fingers of a support.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove brackets of fastening and disconnect a cover of the electric socket of the sensor of wear of a brake shoe from a support.
2. Disconnect the electric socket of the sensor of wear of a brake shoe from the holder of a support (see fig. A detachment of the electric socket of the sensor of wear of a brake shoe on models with a mobile support with one piston).
3. Unscrew the bottom bolt of fastening of a directing finger of a support. Thus for keeping from a provorachivaniye of a directing finger use a thin wrench (see fig. Unscrewing of a bolt of fastening of a directing finger of a support). At installation it is necessary to use a new bolt.
4. After a vyvinchivaniye of a bolt of fastening of the bottom directing finger turn a support up before release of brake shoes. Remove laying from the support piston (see fig. Removal of laying from the support piston).
5. Note the provision of brake shoes and remove them from the holder of a support.
6. Measure thickness of a frictional overlay of a brake shoe and, at its wear in any point till minimum admissible thickness, replace all four forward brake shoes. Also it is necessary to replace blocks, if though one of blocks is polluted by oil as there is no way of degreasing of brake shoes. If brake shoes are non-uniformly worn-out or polluted by oil, reveal and eliminate the reason of it before installation of new brake shoes. Check a condition of the sensor of wear of brake shoes and, if necessary, replace.
7. If brake shoes are repeatedly established, clear them from all directions. Clear of dirt of a flute of brake slips, being careful, clear an installation site of brake shoes in the holder of a support.
8. Before installation of brake shoes check a condition of directing fingers and freedom of their moving in the holder of a support. Check a condition of protective covers of directing fingers. Clear a support and pistons of dirt and a dust. Check a condition of the dustproof cover located round the piston. Using the corresponding tap, clear a carving of a directing finger.
9. If new brake shoes are established, press the piston into a support a wooden core or the hammer handle. Thus watch, that the piston did not warp also surfaces of the piston and a dustproof cover were not damaged. At a piston vdviganiye brake liquid is forced out from the brake cylinder in a popolnitelny tank therefore constantly watch liquid level in a tank, and if necessary, pump out from a tank its small amount.
10. Grease a basic plate of each brake shoe with brake paste No. 0019891051. Put only a thin layer of greasing and exclude greasing hit on a frictional overlay of a brake shoe.
11. Establish the sensor of wear of a brake shoe, then establish brake shoes in the holder of a support so that frictional overlays of brake shoes were combined with a working surface of a brake disk. Pay attention that the sensor of wear of a brake shoe is established on an internal brake shoe (see fig. Installation of a brake shoe with the wear sensor).
12. Establish laying on the support piston, then turn a support and establish it over brake shoes, thus pass electroconducting of the sensor of wear of a brake shoe through a window in a support (see fig. 13. Check that the springs which are drawing in brake shoes, are correctly placed in a support, then press a support, press and screw up a bolt of fastening of a directing finger (see fig. Installation of a new bolt of fastening of a directing finger). At a tightening of a bolt of fastening I direct a shchy finger the demanded moment hold directing finger from a provorachivaniye a thin wrench.
14. Establish the electric socket of the sensor of wear of brake shoes on a support. Thus that the wire of the sensor did not dangle, wrap up it round the socket. Check correctness of installation of the socket and establish a sensor cover in a support window.
15. Several times press a brake pedal that brake shoes nestled on a brake disk. Check level of brake liquid in a tank.
16. Repeat above-mentioned actions on the second wheel.
17. Establish wheels and lower the car.
18. Check level of brake liquid.
