At work of brake shoes the brake dust which contains asbestos, unhealthy forms. Therefore when cleaning brake shoes do not use the compressed air and do not inhale a dust.
In need of replacement of a brake disk it is also necessary to replace and the second brake disk for ensuring uniformity of braking. At replacement of brake disks it is also necessary to replace brake shoes.

| PERFORMANCE ORDER
| 1. Tighten the hand brake, then lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports. Remove the corresponding forward wheel.
| 2. Establish on a bolt of fastening of a wheel a washer in thickness of 10 mm and screw in a fastening bolt in an opening bred from the opposite side of the screw of fastening of a brake disk.
| 3. Slowly turn a brake disk so that it could be considered from two parties. Wear of a brake disk from blocks should be in admissible limits. If there are cracks on a disk, the disk is subject to replacement.
|4. Using a micrometer, measure thickness of a brake disk (see fig. Micrometer use for measurement of thickness of a working part of a brake disk).
| 5. The indicator of hour type check palpation of a brake disk. The indicator of hour type fix in any convenient place and, turning a brake disk, define its palpation at distance of 10 mm from external edge (see fig. Use of the indicator of hour type for check of palpation of a brake disk).
|6. Before check of palpation of a brake disk be convinced that the bearing of a nave is in a good condition.
|7. Check a brake disk on existence of cracks, especially round openings under bolts of fastening of a wheel, and also on existence of wear or mechanical damages and, if necessary, replace it.
At installation of a brake disk it is necessary to use new bolts of fastening and new screws of fastening of a brake disk.

| PERFORMANCE ORDER
| 1. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of a wheel with a thick washer which were established at check of palpation of a disk.
| 2. Unscrew two bolts and remove a forward brake support together with brake shoes and, using a soft wire, tie up it to a forward rack. Thus do not stretch and do not overwind a brake hose. At installation of a support it is necessary to use new bolts of its fastening.
| 3. Unscrew the screw, a fixing brake disk to a nave. At installation of a brake disk it is necessary to use the new screw of its fastening.
|4. Remove a brake disk from a nave, noting an arrangement of adjusting pins. If the brake disk sits densely on a nave, from a reverse side of a disk knock on it with a kiyanka.
Installation of the new screw of fastening of a forward brake disk
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
| 1. Before installation of a brake disk, using the corresponding tap, clear a carving in an opening for bolts of fastening of a support to a rotary fist. Also clear a carving in an opening for the screw of fastening of a brake disk to a nave.
| 2. Check and, if necessary, clear interfaced surfaces of a brake disk and a nave, and also check, that adjusting pins were on the places. At installation of a new disk remove from its surface a sheeting layer.
| 3. Establish a brake disk on a nave, thus it should be fixed by adjusting pins accurately. Fix a brake disk the new screw, having tightened it the demanded moment.
|4. Establish a brake support on a place and fix it two new bolts, having tightened them the demanded moment.
| 5. Establish a wheel, then lower the car on the earth and finally tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel the demanded moment. Several times press a brake pedal that brake shoes nestled on a brake disk.
