23.10. Fixing element of a back nave

GENERAL INFORMATION

Prevention

At installation of a fixing element of a back nave it is necessary to use new an external sharnirny bolt and a nut of the spherical hinge of a control lever and the bottom lever and a new nut of fastening of a power shaft to a nave.


Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a protective cap of a nave and, using a hammer and a drift, beat out a fillet of a nut of fastening of a power shaft from a groove of a power shaft. Weaken a nut of fastening of a power shaft to a nave and bolts of fastening of a wheel.
2. Lift a back part of the car and fix on supports.
3. Remove the corresponding back wheel.
4. Remove a brake disk.
5. Unscrew screws and remove a casing from the basis of the bottom lever of a back suspension bracket. A jack through wooden whetstone support the bottom lever of a back suspension bracket.
6. Unscrew a nut and take the sharnirny bolt, the fixing bottom lever of a back suspension bracket to a fixing element of a nave.
7. Supporting a fixing element of a nave, unscrew nuts and take the sharnirny bolts, fixing top and bottom levers to a fixing element of a nave.
8. Unscrew a nut of fastening of a power shaft to a nave and remove a nave together with a fixing element with шлицов a power shaft. If the nave densely sits on shlitsa of a power shaft, using a kiyanka, bring down it from a power shaft.
9. After removal of a fixing element with a nave from a power shaft, using a soft wire, adhere a power shaft to the car bottom.
Prevention

Do not allow sagging of a power shaft under a body weight as it can damage the internal hinge of equal angular speeds of a power shaft.


Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Combine shlitsa of a nave with shlitsa of a power shaft and establish a nave with a fixing element on a power shaft.
2. Combine a fixing element of a nave with levers of a back suspension bracket and establish sharnirny bolts. Screw on sharnirny bolts new nuts, but do not tighten them finally.
3. Insert a sharnirny bolt of fastening of the bottom lever of a back suspension bracket to a fixing element of a nave and screw a new nut, without tightening it it is final. Grease a carving of a new nut with pure engine oil and screw it for the end of a power shaft and tighten the demanded moment. Using a hammer and a drift, зачеканьте a nut fillet in a groove of a power shaft.
4. Establish a brake disk.
5. Establish wheels, then lower the car on the earth and tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel the demanded moment.
6. Shake the car for installation of all elements of a back suspension bracket in a normal state. Tighten all nuts of fastening of a fixing element of a nave the demanded moment. Establish a protective casing on the basis of the bottom lever of a back suspension bracket and fix it screws.
Prevention

After removal and installation of a fixing element of a back nave it is necessary to check corners of installation of back wheels.
