23.14. Levers of a back suspension bracket

23.14.1. Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. If it is at the same time necessary to remove some levers of a back suspension bracket, a jack through wooden whetstone support the bottom lever of a back suspension bracket.
2. Lift a back part of the car and fix on supports. Remove the corresponding back wheel.

The top lever defining disorder

Fastening of the top lever defining disorder
1–internal sharnirny bolt;
2–external sharnirny bolt;
3–adjusting plug;
4–lever;
L= 314 ± 0,5 mm

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Unscrew a nut and take the sharnirny bolt, the fixing lever to a fixing element of a nave (see fig. Fastening of the top lever defining disorder).
2. Unscrew a nut and take the sharnirny bolt, the fixing lever defining disorder of a back wheel, to the bottom frame, and take the lever from under the car.
3. If necessary, выпрессуйте the adjusting plug from the lever from a fixing element.
4. Check a lever condition on existence of mechanical damages. Special attention give to rubber plugs of the lever and check them on existence of cracks and aging and, if necessary, replace them.

Top jet lever

Elements of fastening of the top jet lever
1–internal sharnirny bolt;

L= 247 ± 0,5 mm

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Unscrew a nut and take the sharnirny bolt, the fixing lever to a fixing element of a nave (see fig. Elements of fastening of the top jet lever).
2. Unscrew a nut and take the sharnirny bolt, the fixing lever defining disorder of a back wheel, to the bottom frame, and take the lever from under the car.
3. Check a lever condition on existence of mechanical damages. Special attention give to rubber plugs of the lever and check them on existence of cracks and aging and, if necessary, replace them.

Bottom lever of compensation of axial pressure

1–internal sharnirny bolt;

L= 314 ± 0,5 mm

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Unscrew a nut and take the sharnirny bolt, the fixing lever to a fixing element of a nave (see fig. Elements of fastening of the bottom lever of compensation of axial pressure).
2. Unscrew a nut and take the sharnirny bolt, the fixing lever defining disorder of a back wheel, to the bottom frame, and take the lever from under the car. If necessary, выпрессуйте the adjusting plug from the lever from a fixing element.
3. Check a lever condition on existence of mechanical damages. Special attention give to rubber plugs of the lever and check them on existence of cracks and aging and, if necessary, replace them.

The bottom directing lever

Elements of fastening of the bottom directing lever
1–internal sharnirny bolt;
2–nut;
3–external sharnirny bolt;
4–lever;
L= 245 ± 0,5 mm

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Before removal of the lever put combination labels on an internal sharnirny bolt, ekstsentrikovy washers and the bottom frame (see fig. Elements of fastening of the bottom directing lever). These labels are necessary for using at lever installation for preservation of a convergence of back wheels.
2. Unscrew a nut, remove an ekstsentrikovy washer and take the sharnirny bolt, the fixing lever to the bottom frame.
3. Unscrew a nut from a pin of the spherical hinge, then take the spherical hinge from a fixing element of a nave and remove the lever. At removal of a pin of the spherical hinge and a fixing element of a nave it is necessary to use a stripper.
4. Check a plug condition on existence of wear and damages, and also check freedom of moving of the spherical hinge and a condition of its protective cover. If necessary replace the lever.
