Removal

Arrangement of bolts of fastening of a clip of fastening of the stabilizer of cross-section stability

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a back part of the car and fix on supports.
2. Unscrew the nuts, fixing earrings of the stabilizer to the stabilizer of cross-section stability.
3. Note mutual position of plugs and the stabilizer of cross-section stability, then unscrew on two bolts of fastening of fixing clips of the stabilizer and remove clips (see drawing). Note an arrangement and remove from the stabilizer of cross-section stability rubber pillows. Remove the stabilizer of cross-section stability. For this purpose, probably, it is required to disconnect the driveshaft from reverse main gear and to weaken bolts of fastening of the case of the central bearing of the driveshaft.
4. A jack through wooden whetstone support the bottom frame of a back suspension bracket.
5. Unscrew the bolts, fixing the bottom frame of a back suspension bracket to a body and, being careful, lower the bottom frame and take the stabilizer of cross-section stability.
Prevention

On models with anti-blocking system of brakes, lowering the bottom frame, be careful not to tear a wire of the back sensor.


Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish the stabilizer of cross-section stability on a place and screw it on stabilizer earrings.
2. If necessary lift the bottom frame of a back suspension bracket on a place and fix bolts, having tightened them the demanded moment. Connect the driveshaft to reverse main gear and tighten bolts of fastening of an arm of the central bearing of the driveshaft.
3. According to labels establish on the stabilizer of cross-section stability rubber pillows so that cuts of rubber pillows were directed to a forward part of the car. Establish on rubber pillows of the stabilizer fixing clips and fix them new bolts, without tightening bolts finally.
4. Screw new nuts of fastening of the stabilizer of cross-section stability to earrings and tighten them the demanded moment. Tighten the demanded moment bolts of fastening of fixing clips of the stabilizer of cross-section stability.
5. Establish back wheels, then lower the car on the earth and tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel the demanded moment.
