23.18. System of a being self-leveled back suspension bracket on the Versatile person models

GENERAL INFORMATION

Elements of a being self-leveled back suspension bracket

On the Versatile person models with a being self-leveled back suspension bracket back shock-absorbers have tanks with hydraulic liquid. In transit heavy cargoes this liquid, influencing shock-absorbers together with cylindrical springs of a back suspension bracket supports a demanded road clearance of the car. Liquid moves in tanks the electric pump via control unit and accumulators of pressure which are located in a back part of the car (see drawing).

The system of a being self-leveled back suspension bracket copes the block fixed on the bottom of the car. The control unit is connected to the back stabilizer of cross-section stability and by position of the stabilizer determines size of loading of the car.

At the working engine the hydraulic pump of system of a being self-leveled back suspension bracket submits liquid under pressure to system via regulating valve. If the car is not loaded, the regulating valve is closed, and liquid comes back to a tank located in a motor compartment. In this case the system of a being self-leveled back suspension bracket does not render any influence on work of a back suspension bracket, and only cylindrical springs work.

At increase in loading of the car the regulating valve opens, and liquid from the pressure accumulator under pressure moves in tanks of shock-absorbers. As a result pressure in shock-absorbers increases also a shock-absorber rod, leaving the shock-absorber, raises a back part of the car. After a raising of a back part of the car on the demanded height the regulating valve returns liquid in the pressure accumulator. Thus, the control unit supports a back part of the car at demanded level irrespective of car loading.

Accumulators of pressure have two chambers divided by a rubber diaphragm. One of chambers is filled with gas under pressure. At shock-absorber compression liquid from the shock-absorber moves to the pressure accumulator, moving a diaphragm and in addition compressing gas in the second chamber. If at car movement the rod of the shock-absorber leaves the shock-absorber, liquid under the pressure of gas moves from the pressure accumulator to the shock-absorber.
