23.19.3. Pressure accumulator

Removal

Places of connection of a tube and pressure head hose (1) to the accumulator of pressure and an arrangement of bolts of fastening (2) accumulators of pressure

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove pressure in hydraulic system.
2. Wipe area about connection of the accumulator of pressure and lay rags in order that it was possible to collect the spilled liquid. Unscrew the connecting bolt, a fixing pressure head hose of the shock-absorber to the top part of the accumulator of pressure, and remove laying. Unscrew a connecting nut and lift the receiver from the pressure accumulator, connecting the pressure accumulator with the control unit (see drawing).
3. Unscrew the nuts, pressure fixing the accumulator to the car bottom.
4. For access to the top bolt of fastening remove backs of back sitting, then unscrew screws and remove a forward part of a covering of a floor of a luggage compartment. For access to back screws of fastening remove the panel from a floor of a luggage compartment. Now it is possible to remove the pressure accumulator from the car.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish the accumulator of pressure upon a place, then screw new nuts of fastening and tighten them the demanded moment.
2. Connect to the pressure accumulator a hose and a tube. Thus from two parties of the connecting coupling of a hose establish laying and fix them a nut and a bolt, having tightened them the demanded moment.
3. Establish the panel on a floor of a luggage compartment and fix screws.
4. Fill hydraulic system with liquid.
