Forward suspension bracket

 

Forward suspension bracket of independent type with twisted cylindrical springs and telescopic shock-absorbers. Shock-absorbers through a rotary fist fasten to the bottom levers of a forward suspension bracket which, in turn, fastens inside via rubber plugs, and outer side the spherical hinge. Rotary fists on which naves are established, brake disks and supports, fasten bolts to shock-absorbers and via spherical hinges are connected to the bottom levers of a forward suspension bracket. On the majority of models the forward stabilizer of cross-section stability which through earrings is connected to the bottom levers is established.

The back suspension bracket of independent type also has twisted cylindrical springs and telescopic shock-absorbers.

The fixing element of a nave fastens to the bottom lever and incorporates to a back bottom frame by means of three levers. Twisted cylindrical springs are established between panels of a body and the bottom lever of a back suspension bracket. On the majority of models the back stabilizer of cross-section stability which incorporates to the bottom levers connecting earrings is established. On the Versatile person models the self-regulating back suspension bracket is established.

Connection the helmsman of a column with steering transfer is carried out by intermediate shaft and the rubber coupling.

Steering transfer is fixed on a partition of a motor compartment and through cross-section steering draft is connected directly to one of rotary fists. Connection the helmsman of draft with the second rotary fist is carried out through the central and cross-section steering drafts. Tips of steering drafts are screwed on cross-section steering drafts with the spherical hinge which provide convergence adjustment.

The amplifier of a steering is established on all cars. The drive of the pump of the amplifier of a steering is carried out from a pulley of a cranked shaft by an auxiliary driving belt.
