Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. At the switched-off engine examine a condition of an auxiliary driving belt on all its length. Check pulleys of an auxiliary belt on existence of notches, cracks, deformation and corrosion.

1–nut of fastening of the lever of the mechanism of a tension;
2–bolt of fastening of the lever of the mechanism of a tension;

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a krylchatka of the fan and a casing.
2. Unscrew a nut, fixing the lever of the mechanism of a tension (see fig. Elements of the mechanism of a tension of an auxiliary driving belt).
3. Insert the lever (diameter of 12 mm and length of 300 mm) into an opening in the lever of the mechanism of a tension and press the lever counter-clockwise so that it was possible to move a lever bolt to an inlet collector.
4. Turn the lever clockwise and remove a spring of the mechanism of a tension.
5. Move a single pulley back and remove an auxiliary driving belt from pulleys.
6. Establish a new auxiliary driving belt as follows.
7. Slightly lift a single pulley and hold him in this situation during the following actions.
8. Compress an auxiliary driving belt a loop and advance it between pulleys of the water pump and a cranked shaft (see fig. Moving of an auxiliary driving belt between pulleys of the water pump and a cranked shaft).
9. The left hand press an auxiliary driving belt into a flute of a pulley of the water pump and turn a pulley of the water pump counter-clockwise and dress a driving belt on a single pulley (see fig. Installation of an auxiliary driving belt in a pulley flute).
10. Establish an auxiliary driving belt on a pulley of a cranked shaft and further in the sequence shown in drawings the Arrangement of an auxiliary driving belt on models without central air of air, the Arrangement of an auxiliary driving belt on models with air central air, but without a single pulley, the Arrangement of an auxiliary driving belt on models with central air of air and a single pulley.
11. Release a single pulley.
12. Press the lever of the mechanism of a tension and insert a bolt of fastening of the lever.
13. Establish a spring of the mechanism of a tension.
14. Fix the lever of the mechanism of a tension, having screwed a nut on a bolt and having tightened it the demanded moment.
15. Establish a krylchatka of the fan and a casing.
