2.5.4. Check of wear of overlays of a disk of coupling

GENERAL INFORMATION

Template for check of wear of overlays of a disk of coupling
And = 55 mm;
In = 26 mm;
With = 7 mm;
D= 14 mm;
Е= 12 mm

Template of a satisfactory condition of overlays of a disk of coupling
In this provision of a template of an overlay of a disk of coupling are in a satisfactory condition.

1–working cylinder of coupling;
2–laying;
3–pusher;
4–template

Shooters showed two labels on a template.

Template of limiting wear of overlays of a disk of coupling
Such provision of a template specifies that overlays of a disk of coupling reached limiting wear.

The light arrow – a pusher moves in the presence of wear.

Dark arrow – a label on a template.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check of wear of overlays of a disk of coupling is made without removal of a disk of coupling from the car.
2. Check can be executed from the bottom party of the working cylinder of coupling and demands a special template which can be made of a metal strip (see fig. A template for check of wear of overlays of a disk of coupling).
3. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports.
4. Insert a template into a groove between a ledge of the working cylinder of coupling and a case.
5. Move a template against the stop while the end of a template will not contact with a pusher of the working cylinder of coupling.
6. If two labels on a template are not visible, overlays of a disk of coupling are in a satisfactory condition. If two labels on a template are visible, overlays of a disk of coupling reached limiting wear and it is necessary to replace a disk of coupling (see fig. Template of a satisfactory condition of overlays of a disk of coupling, Template of limiting wear of overlays of a disk of coupling).
7. Remove a template and lower the car.
