Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a radiator.
2. Remove an auxiliary driving belt.
3. Unscrew bolts of fastening and remove a pulley / quencher of krutilny fluctuations from a nave of a cranked shaft.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

Prevention

For removal of a nave from a cranked shaft it is necessary to use a stripper.

At a tightening of a bolt of fastening of a nave it is necessary to use a dinamometrichesky key, I provide the shchy moment of a tightening of 300 N/m.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a pulley of a cranked shaft.
2. Fix a nave from a provorachivaniye. For this purpose make the special tool of two steel strips connected by a bolt. Bolts fix the special tool on a nave.
3. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of a nave and remove it together cranked washers.
4. At existence unscrew a bolt of the bottom fastening of a rack of the shock-absorber of the mechanism of a tension of an auxiliary driving belt and remove an axis of turn of a rack.
5. Using a stripper, remove a nave from a cranked shaft.
6. At existence remove a segment shponka from a cranked shaft.

Installation

Arrangement of tarelchaty washers on a bolt of fastening of a nave of a pulley of a cranked shaft

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish a segment shponka in a groove of a cranked shaft.
2. Combine a groove in a nave with a segment shponka and establish a nave on a cranked shaft.
3. Grease tarelchaty washers with pure engine oil, then establish them the convex party to a head of a bolt of fastening of a nave (see drawing).
4. Apply a thin film engine oil on a carving of a bolt and screw in a bolt of fastening of a nave.
5. Using the tool special or made independently, block a nave from a provorachivaniye and tighten a bolt of fastening of a nave the demanded moment.
6. Establish a pulley of a cranked shaft.
