4.5. Top dead point (VMT) of the piston of the first cylinder

GENERAL INFORMATION

The top dead point of the piston is a point through which passes each piston at a provorachivaniye of a cranked shaft. Each piston reaches situation VMT at the end of a compression step, then again at the end of an exhaust step. For the purpose of installation of the mechanism of a gazoraspredeleniye of the engine VMT of the piston of the first cylinder is used.

Label combination on a pulley cranked a shaft / quencher of krutilny fluctuations with edge of an arm of fastening of the sensor of an angle of rotation of a cranked shaft

Combination of a pin (1) on a camshaft flange with an edge (2) on a cover of the bearing of a camshaft

Arrangement of labels on distributive to a shaft for installation of the piston of the first cylinder in the top dead point
And – a camshaft of later models with a label in the form of an opening (1);

In – a camshaft of earlier models with a label in the form of a pin (2)


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Note position of the plug of a high-voltage wire of the first cylinder on a distributor cover.
2. Uncover heads of the block of cylinders.
3. For a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a cranked shaft turn a cranked shaft of the engine clockwise, the following labels will not be combined with indexes (see fig. yet. Label combination on a pulley cranked a shaft / quencher of krutilny fluctuations with edge of an arm of fastening of the sensor of an angle of rotation of a cranked shaft, pin Combination on a camshaft flange with an edge on a cover of the bearing of a camshaft, the Arrangement of labels on distributive to a shaft for installation of the piston of the first cylinder in the top dead point):
a-the label on a pulley of a cranked shaft / quencher of krutilny fluctuations should be combined with edge of an arm of fastening of the sensor of an angle of rotation of a cranked shaft.
b–the pin on a flange of a forward part of a camshaft should be combined with an edge on a cover of the bearing of a camshaft.
c–the rotor of the distributor of ignition should be combined with contact of a high-voltage wire of the first cylinder.
