PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Establish the piston of the first cylinder in VMT and check that all adjusting labels were combined with indexes. |
2. Remove the top cover of a driving chain. |
3. Put labels of combination of an asterisk of camshafts and a driving chain. |
4. On the forward party of the camshaft operating inlet valves a wrench for facets fix the bearing from a provorachivaniye, unscrew a bolt and remove the bearing (see fig. Unscrewing of a bolt of fastening of the bearing of a camshaft, Removal of the bearing from a camshaft). |
5. Having fixed a camshaft from a provorachivaniye, unscrew since the forward end of a shaft a nut and remove a washer (see fig. Nut unscrewing since the forward end of a camshaft, Removal of a washer from the forward end of a camshaft). |
6. On engines of 3,0 l unscrew a bolt with the left carving and remove an intermediate asterisk of a driving chain. |
7. On engines 2,8 and 3,2 of l unscrew bolts and remove an asterisk of the camshaft operating final valves. |
8. Remove a driving chain, an asterisk and an adjusting flange from a camshaft operating inlet valves (see fig. Removal of an asterisk from a camshaft, Removal of an adjusting flange from a camshaft). |
9. Unscrew three bolts and remove a basic plate from a gear wheel from a camshaft (see fig. Unscrewing of bolts of fastening of a basic plate). |
10. If necessary remove a lock ring in a back part of a basic plate and take a plunzher and a spring (see fig. Removal of a lock ring from a back part of a basic plate, the Mechanism of adjustment of the camshaft operating inlet valves). |

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Clear all earlier removed details and check their condition. |
2. Establish a basic plate with a gear wheel for the forward end of a camshaft, having combined an opening in a basic plate with a camshaft pin, and fix a basic plate bolts. |
3. Having combined working grooves, establish an adjusting flange on a basic plate. |
4. Having combined working grooves, establish an asterisk on a camshaft. |
5. Establish a driving chain on an asterisk according to earlier put labels. |
6. On l engines 2,8 and 3,2, having combined adjusting labels on a chain and an asterisk, establish an asterisk on a camshaft operating final valves. |
7. On the engine of 3,0 l establish an intermediate asterisk of a driving chain. |
8. For the forward end of the camshaft operating inlet valves establish a washer, screw in a bolt and tighten it the demanded moment. |
9. Establish the bearing, having combined a cylindrical pin in the bearing with a torets on a plunzher and fix it a bolt. |
10. Establish the top cover of a driving chain. |
