Removal of the mechanism of a tension of an auxiliary driving belt

On models without a rack of the shock-absorber unscrew a bolt and remove the mechanism of a tension of an auxiliary driving belt.

1–bottom bolt of fastening of a rack of the shock-absorber;
2–bolts of fastening of an arm of the mechanism of a tension;
3–central bolt of the mechanism of a tension

1–knot of the mechanism of a tension;

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a transmission.
2. Remove the bottom mudguard of the engine.
3. Merge from the engine engine oil.
4. Merge cooling liquid from cooling system.
5. Remove the air filter.
6. Remove a radiator and the radiator fan.
7. For prevention from damage of the condenser of central air of air close the condenser a cardboard leaf.
8. On the forward party of a head of the block of cylinders unscrew nuts and disconnect pipelines from the hydraulic pump of system of a being self-leveled back suspension bracket (see fig. Places of fastening of pipelines to the pump of system of a being self-leveled back suspension bracket).
9. On models with central air of air remove an auxiliary driving belt and disconnect wires from central air compressor.
10. Note an arrangement and unscrew elements of the mechanism of a tension of a driving belt and remove them from the engine (see fig. 11. On models without a rack of the shock-absorber unscrew a bolt and remove the tension mechanism.
12. On models with the rack of the shock-absorber established under the mechanism of a tension, unscrew a bolt of fastening of the bottom end of a rack of the shock-absorber and two bolts, tension fixing the mechanism. Then unscrew the central bolt of the mechanism of a tension and remove elements of the mechanism of a tension.
13. On models with the rack of the shock-absorber established over the mechanism of a tension, unscrew a pulley of the pump of the amplifier of a steering and a pulley of the mechanism of a tension.
14. Unscrew a shock-absorber rack from an arm of the mechanism of a tension.
15. Unscrew a shock-absorber rack from a generator arm.
16. Unscrew a nut behind an arm, then unscrew two bolts, fixing an arm of the mechanism of a tension to a cover of a driving chain.
17. Unscrew the central bolt of the mechanism of a tension, then remove the tension mechanism with an arm.
18. Unscrew a pulley from the pump of the amplifier of a steering.
19. Unscrew a back arm of fastening of the pump of the amplifier of a steering, the compressor of central air of air and the block of cylinders and remove an arm (see fig. Arrangement of bolts of fastening of a back arm of the pump of the amplifier of a steering and compressor of central air of air).
20. Unscrew the pump of the amplifier of a steering and move it aside, without disconnecting from it hoses.
21. On models with system кондициониро vaniye of air unscrew bolts of fastening of the compressor and move it aside, without disconnecting from it hoses.
22. At existence unscrew an arm of support of connection of a pipe with a hose from a forward left corner of a head of the block of cylinders.
23. Disconnect electric wires from the generator.
24. Over a partition of a motor compartment unscrew nuts, weaken brackets and remove a casing of a plait of wires (see fig. An arrangement of nuts and the brackets, fixing a casing of a plait of wires).
25. Disconnect the electric socket of the main plait of wires which is located on a partition of a motor compartment, unscrew screws and remove the socket.
26. Disconnect a wire from the positive plug of the accumulator, then disconnect wires from plugs in a storage compartment, then take wires via the body panel in a motor compartment.
27. Mark and disconnect all electric sockets from engine knots. Unscrew or disconnect all wires or plaits of wires from brackets of fastening or arms on the engine.
28. Mark and disconnect from the engine all vacuum hoses.
29. Disconnect draft of an accelerator from the butterfly valve lever.
30. Remove pressure in fuel system.
31. Unscrew connecting nuts, then disconnect submitting and returnable топливопроводы from the carburetor / distributor of a fuel / regulator of pressure of fuel.
32. Weaken a collar and remove a hose of supply of cooling liquid to a heater from the left back part of a head of the block of cylinders.
33. Unscrew a connecting nut and remove a vacuum hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes from an inlet collector.
34. Hook on the engine slings грузоподъ the emny mechanism and raise so that the weight of the engine was perceived by the load-lifting mechanism.
35. Establish a steel or cardboard sheet between a back part of a head of the block of cylinders and a partition of a motor compartment to exclude damage when lifting engine (see fig. An arrangement of a protective leaf between a back part of a head of the block of cylinders and a partition of a motor compartment).
36. In summary check that all hoses, pipes and electric sockets are disconnected from the engine.
37. Working under the car, from two parties of the engine unscrew the bottom bolts of fastening of support of the power unit.
38. Being careful, take the engine from a motor compartment. At engine extraction, if necessary, incline and turn it so that it did not damage a motor compartment.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal, taking into account the next moments.
2. At engine installation if necessary incline and turn it so that it was established into place, without having caused harm.
3. Tighten all bolts and nuts of fastening the demanded moment.
4. According to earlier made marking connect all hoses and electric sockets to the engine.
5. Connect and, if necessary, adjust an accelerator cable.
6. Establish an auxiliary driving belt.
7. Establish a radiator and the radiator fan.
8. Establish a transmission.
9. Fill in in the engine engine oil, and in cooling system - cooling liquid.
