GENERAL INFORMATION

Valve installation in a head of the block of cylinders

Installation of the bottom nest of a spring

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Grease cores of valves with pure engine oil and insert them on the places. The valve establish on those places where they were ground in.
2. Establish a spring nest. Lower a maslootrazhatelny cap in fresh engine oil and establish it on a valve core into place, being careful not to damage it working edges. For protection of working edges of a maslootrazhatelny cap before installation it is possible to wind with a sticky tape an end face of a core of the valve.
3. Establish a klapanny spring and a plate of a spring.
4. The special adaptation compress a klapanny spring and establish crackers in dredging of a core of the valve and grease them. Remove the adaptation for spring compression. Repeat this operation on other valves.
5. With a hammer through wooden whetstone knock on an end face of a core of the valve in order that all elements of the valve were accurately established on the places.
6. Establish on a head of the block of cylinders a thermostat casing.
7. Screw in spark plugs.
8. Establish a camshaft and the mechanism of a drive of valves with hydraulic pushers.
9. Establish inlet and final collectors.
10. Establish a head of the block of cylinders (look subsection 3.13.3).
