8.11. Air central air

GENERAL INFORMATION

Prevention

Central air of air is under pressure therefore it is impossible to weaken any connections in central air pressure is not removed yet.


On some models air central air is established. The system works as follows. The compressor compresses reagent and submits it to the condenser where reagent becomes liquid and reduces the temperature. Liquid reagent passes through the expansion valve to the evaporator where extends from liquid under a high pressure to gas under low pressure. This expansion is accompanied by fall температу ры which cools the evaporator. Reagent comes back to the compressor and the cycle repeats. The air which has passed through the evaporator, gets to the distributor where mixes up with the hot air which has passed through a heater therefore the set air temperature is reached.

The unique action which can be executed independently, on central air of air is a replacement of a driving belt of the compressor.


Prevention

Central air should be served by exclusively prepared technicians trained in safe working methods, with use of the appropriate equipment, with observance of rules of the depressurization, acquainted with receptions of collecting and order of storage of an automobile coolant.

At work on central air of air it is necessary to consider the following requirements:

– central air of air is filled with reagents which are very dangerous substances. At work with reagents they should not get on an upholstery, clothes, to eyes and on a body of the person. At hit on a body reagents will cause strong frostbite. Also it is impossible to carry out works with reagents in the closed volume since pairs of reagent can cause asthma. Reagents it is heavier some air therefore gather in the lower parts of a room or a viewing hole;

– at work near central air put on goggles;

– at coolant hit on skin or eyes do not pound the struck place. Immediately wash out cold water within not less than 15 minutes. Immediately address to the doctor or in medical institution. Self-treatment is not allowed;

– it is impossible to influence reagents of central air of air an open flame since poisonous gas is thus formed, and in certain cases can occur and explosion;

– discharge air central air only in the corresponding containers since otherwise the serious damage will be caused to the surrounding nature;

– in case of any separation of central air of air, filling and system reduction in an order is necessary for making at station;

– if it is necessary to make welding, the soldering or other works connected with high temperatures about central air, it is necessary for discharging previously;

– condenser or evaporator cleaning by means of water vapor is not allowed, it is necessary to use only cold water or the compressed air.
