Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator and merge cooling liquid from cooling system.
2. Unscrew screws, take assembly percussion caps and remove plastic casings from two parties of a radiator (see fig. Unscrewing of the screw of fastening of a plastic casing of a radiator, Extraction of an assembly percussion cap of fastening of a plastic casing of a radiator, Placement of elements of fastening of a plastic casing of a radiator).
3. On models with petrol the engine ми unscrew screws and remove system of pipes of an air inlet from a forward cross-piece.
4. Weaken collars and remove the top and bottom hose from radiator branch pipes. At existence remove perelivny a hose from the top part of a radiator (see fig. 5. Remove the clips, fixing the top part of a casing of the fan of a radiator to a radiator. Lift a casing and place it over a krylchatka of the fan of a radiator. Remove a clamp, disconnect directing casing, move it to the left and take from a motor compartment (see fig. 6. On models with an automatic transmission press the hoses going to the heat exchanger of transmission liquid, then separate connections and remove hoses from the heat exchanger (see fig. Close the open ends of tubes jams.
7. Remove the metal or plastic clips, fixing a radiator to a body. Remove a radiator, lifting it up from rubber pillows in the lower part (see fig. Remove a casing of the fan of a radiator from a krylchatka of the fan.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. If the radiator acted in film in connection with capacity reduction, wash out it a water stream in two directions.
2. Outside blow a radiator the compressed air.
3. If the radiator proceeds, do not try to make or solder a leakage place since plastic details of a radiator will be damaged.
4. The insignificant leakage of a radiator can be eliminated with use of hermetic of a radiator.
5. Check a condition of the bottom rubber support of a radiator and if necessary replace them.

Installation

The bottom fastenings of a radiator should be established in rubber condensing rings.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal taking into account the next moments:
– check that the bottom ledges on a radiator were established in rubber support;
– check that all hoses are correctly connected and reliably fixed by collars;
– in summary fill in cooling liquid in cooling system.
